Summer Refreshing Cold Noodles

First cook the alkaline water noodles with water.

Put the cooked noodles in cold water, rinse, add cooking oil and stir evenly with an electric fan to cool.

Shred the cucumber and carrot, and boil the bean sprouts in boiling water for a minute or two.

The ratio of two spoons of vinegar to one spoon of fresh soy sauce (the vinegar is finally selected to be sweet) and one spoon of sesame oil, minced garlic and chili oil according to your own.
Tips:
It is better not to use tap water as the filtered water for cooking noodles, as there are more bacteria. You can put the cool white in the refrigerator
