Sunflower Seed Flakes Sugar

Ingredients: 100g melon seeds, 50g white sugar, 85g maltose, 7ml corn oil

Tips:
The fire should not be too high when boiling the sugar to prevent it from burning.
Melon seeds can also be replaced with one or more other nuts.
