Super Rich Chocolate Ice Cream

Egg yolks with fine sugar, beat until white

Add milk powder, cocoa powder, water, milk and stir evenly

Pour into the milk pot and cook until it becomes thicker
4.
Add the chocolate while it's hot and melt it
5.
Boil the chocolate custard, put it in the refrigerator
6.
After refrigerating, add light cream and stir well
7.
Pour into the ice cream maker and blend for 20 minutes
8.
Stir the ice cream bucket, put it in the refrigerator and keep it frozen
9.
Open to eat~~~
Tips:
1. In this recipe, the amount of cocoa powder and chocolate is relatively large, it will be a bit bitter, you can reduce the amount if you don’t like
2. The chocolate uses 66% dark chocolate
3. I use an ice cream machine, so I didn't whipped the whipped cream. If there is no ice cream machine, you can whipped the whipped cream before adding it
