Prepare the required materials

Mango puree

Add sugar to the evaporated milk and beat it until lines appear.

Add the mango puree, mix well, put it in the freeze, take it out and stir well after 1 hour, and then stir it every half an hour afterwards. You can eat it for about 3 hours in total.

After 3 hours, the mango ice cream is ready to taste.
Tips:
If you want to make it more delicate and soft, add two egg yolks when freezing.
