Super Simple Baked Egg Tart

The frozen tart wrapper will be thawed at room temperature for a while

Add fine sugar to the eggs and mix well with a hand mixer

Stir until the sugar melts

Add 250ml of pure milk and continue to mix well

Strain the egg liquid again

Pour into the tart wrapper 8 minutes full

Put it into the preheated oven, and bake for 25 minutes at 190°C on the bottom and upper and lower fires. You can also bake at 200°C for 20 minutes if you like the burnt flavor.
Tips:
1. I made 13 of this amount and it was very full
2. It can be 220ml milk + 30ml whipped cream, which is also delicious
