Add 85 grams of honey and an egg to a box of premixed powder and mix well

Don’t over knead the dough into the gingerbread dough, then wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, or it can be stored for several days.

Take out the dough before baking the biscuits, sprinkle flour on the panel to prevent it from sticking, roll it into a 0.6cm dough sheet, and then use a mold to carve out the biscuits
