I made this for the first time because there was a little more stuffing in the oily gluten stuffed meat, and I used the custard crust on a whim, because the tart crust contains a strong milky fragrance, so the children especially like it! I don’t want to roll the puff pastry in the winter, it saves me as a lazy person! Hahaha😀😀😀

1. Take the custard crust out of the refrigerator, arrange it in a row, and soften it slightly

2. This space can be used to make meat filling. I put salt, cooking wine and chopped green onion in this.

Tips:

Regarding minced meat, this is not a problem, why? I usually make a dumpling and make a bun. You can make it with a little more stuffing. What we want is simple and quick! There is a small shortcoming because the crust of the egg tart will expand during the baking process, resulting in the finished product not being round enough😂
Friends who don’t have an oven can try to use an electric baking pan or a pan to bake, don’t ask why, because I have done this before 😀😀 In the days without an oven, I used an electric baking pan to make cranberry biscuits and fresh meat. Mooncakes, the firepower is not adjusted, it will be a bit dry and harder than the oven version😄
