Super Simple ~ Lazy Version of Fresh Meat Mooncakes
1.
Take the custard crust out of the refrigerator, arrange it in a row, and soften it slightly
2.
This space can be used to make meat filling. I put salt, cooking wine and chopped green onion in this.
3.
The softened egg tart wrapper is gently peeled off the tin foil base
4.
Pinch a circle around it thin with your hands
5.
Put in the right amount of minced meat
6.
Wrap it up like a bun
7.
Squeeze it slightly after wrapping
8.
Close the mouth down and put into the baking tray (the oven is preheated at 180 degrees)
9.
Put it in the middle of the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes
10.
Clang clang clang~~coming out!
11.
Layers of crispy~
Tips:
Regarding minced meat, this is not a problem, why? I usually make a dumpling and make a bun. You can make it with a little more stuffing. What we want is simple and quick! There is a small shortcoming because the crust of the egg tart will expand during the baking process, resulting in the finished product not being round enough😂
Friends who don’t have an oven can try to use an electric baking pan or a pan to bake, don’t ask why, because I have done this before 😀😀 In the days without an oven, I used an electric baking pan to make cranberry biscuits and fresh meat. Mooncakes, the firepower is not adjusted, it will be a bit dry and harder than the oven version😄
