Super Simple Yong Tofu

Beat the front leg meat into minced meat

Crush the ginger slices and soak in a little bit of water for a while

Add salt, oil consumption, light soy sauce, corn starch, ginger water (no ginger) in sequence, and stir well.

After adding the chopped green onion, stir well, until a drop of peanut oil, stir well and set aside

Prepared oil tofu

Use a knife to make a cut on the front of the oily tofu, and use your index finger to dig out the excess white tofu meat. This will make the meat better.
