Supreme Tofu
1.
I started to make tofu first. Most professionals have square molds. I just made do with it. I used a stainless steel flat-bottomed bowl and prepared a small half bowl of sugar-free soy milk. I bought soy milk powder directly from the supermarket.
2.
Minced meat is appropriate, minced a little, and ground meat is also fine. I used three eggs. Beat the eggs evenly
3.
Then pour the eggs and minced meat into the soy milk bowl, stir well, don’t clump
4.
Mix the eggs evenly and put them in the steamer, and steam for 15-20 minutes. I can see it for myself, and you can take it off once it's cooked. This becomes the tofu I will use today. Then let it cool and cut into pieces.
5.
When the tofu has cooled, I start to cut the shape I want. Because there is no square mold, the only way to do this is to cut off the rounded edges. Cut it well and set aside [Attention, the tofu is very tender, so cut it with a sharp knife, because there is also minced meat in it]
6.
Then the sliced tofu cubes are carefully rolled in cornstarch. After all the powder was sticked, it was fried in a frying pan.
7.
It can be said to be half-fried and half-fried, because the tofu is too soft and will break up accidentally, so I use the reverse side of chopsticks to fry until golden on both sides
8.
Put the fried yellow tofu carefully in a bowl, then stir-fry the tomatoes and sugar soy sauce in a hot pan. Put the tofu in the pan until the sauce is evenly thick and ready to serve.
9.
You can add more sugar and adjust it to suit your taste. Then install it,
10.
The outside is scorched and the inside is tender. You can make it yourself, which is more satisfying~

Tips:
☞What I make is salty and sweet. You can also make it into sweet and sour or original flavor. You can add sugar or salt or not add sugar or salt when making soy milk in the first part.
☞Tofu without minced meat is easier to cut. What we are actually making is the so-called Japanese tofu, which is sinicized, so you can do whatever you want to satisfy your taste.
