Swedish Meatballs in Tomato Sauce

Mix beef filling and pork filling, add 10 tablespoons of water in three to four times, stir in the same direction until the water is absorbed;

Add the breadcrumbs, onions and eggs, toss in the same direction as the original water, and mix well;

Add nutmeg powder, ginger powder and salt, and stir in the original direction;

Start by rubbing the adjusted meat filling into balls of basically uniform size. The size of the balls can be customized. It can be large meatballs or small meatballs one bite at a time. Just pay attention to the baking time and temperature in the following steps. ;

Add a proper amount of olive oil to the hot pan, add the balls one by one, fry the balls to shape them, and turn them over in the middle; the oil is a little bit more, and the balls are almost half of them;

The fried meatballs slightly control the fat;

Arrange the meatballs into the baking tray, squeeze an appropriate amount of Heinz tomato sauce, and coat evenly;

Put it in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, the time is controlled according to the size of your own balls;

Prepare the sauce when roasting the meatballs: put 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of white sugar, a little salt, 1 teaspoon of dry starch, and 4 tablespoons of water into a small bowl;

Pour the gorgon juice into the pot and stir while heating on a low heat until the gorgon juice is thick;

Tips:
1. This amount is quite large, and you can't finish it in one meal. The extra meatballs can be frozen and stored after being fried. When eating, they can be defrosted or baked directly in the oven. If they are baked directly, the baking time should be extended appropriately.
2. Add water first when adjusting the meat filling to make the meatballs delicate and smooth.
