Sweet and Sour Bayberry Juice

Dongkui bayberry of super quality.

Soak the bayberry in light salt water for 10 minutes.

Add water to the bayberry and boil it in the inner pot of the rice cooker.
4.
Add the right amount of rock sugar.
5.
After cooking for about half an hour, strain the bayberry juice and let it cool.
