Sweet and Sour Cold Watermelon Rind

Tips:
1. The red meat part of the watermelon rind must be cleaned; 2. If you don't like to eat sour, you don't need to add lemon. 3. Don't eat sugar, you can leave it without sugar, but it's not so delicious. Personal suggestion is to put some sugar to make it crispy and sweet.
