Sweet and Sour Cranberry Wheat Bran Grilled Rice Cake

1. Prepare materials.

2. Put eggs, milk, corn oil, and granulated sugar in a clean basin.

3. Whisk and mix well.

4. Sift in glutinous rice flour and baking powder.

5. After whipping and mixing until there are no dry powder particles, add the wheat bran.

6. Add the cranberries and beat evenly.

7. Pour it into a pizza pan lined with greased paper.

8. Put it into the lower level of the preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

9. Take out after roasting.

10. Cut into pieces.

Tips:

1. You can leave it without wheat bran.
2. Cranberries can be cut into smaller pieces.
