Sweet and Sour Cress Crispy Peanuts

Prepare the cress.

Wash the cress and cut into sections for later use.

Boil the water in the pot and add the cress.

Blanch until the color is emerald green and soft, pick up and drain the water for later use.

Take a large bowl and pour in the light soy sauce.

Spoon a spoonful of sugar into a large bowl; add ginger vinegar and mix thoroughly.

Drizzle in sesame oil.

Add the red chopped pepper and adjust it into a flavored sauce.

Pour the blanched cress into the sauce.
10.
Add crisp peanuts.

Mix well and marinate for 10 minutes before serving.
Tips:
1. Peanuts are blanched with boiling water and then fried, the red clothes will not fall off easily.
2. Blanching cold celery can remove part of the oxalic acid.
3. Mix the peanuts with sweet and sour sauce, and the marinating time should not be too long, so as not to affect the taste.
