Sweet and Sour Hairtail

Ingredients: Hairtail (head, internal organs and tails removed)

Sliced ginger and green onion

Cut the washed hairtail into sections with scissors and set aside.

Add 1 scoop of cooking wine to the bowl.

Add 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar.

Add 3 spoons of sugar.
7.
Add 4 spoons of light soy sauce.
8.
Add 5 scoops of water.

Mix thoroughly into sweet and sour sauce, set aside.

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the cut octopus and fry until golden on both sides, remove.

Then, put all the fried octopus back into the pot, put the ginger slices, and pour the sweet and sour sauce.

Season to a boil.

Then, cook until the soup thickens. Put the green onions and serve.
