Sweet and Sour Hawthorn Cake

Wash the fresh hawthorn and remove the core and flower pedicles.

Put the same amount of water in a blender.

Stir the puree and put it in a stainless steel pot [Do not use an iron pot]

Bring to a boil on low heat. When cooking, stir in one direction to avoid sticking the pot.

Add sugar to your own taste and continue to stir.

Mix starch with water.

Add water starch and continue to stir, cook until thick.
8.
Pour the sticky hawthorn paste into the container
9.
Put in the refrigerator and eat after cooling.
