Hawthorn and Tremella Soup
1.
Material: Hawthorn, Tremella, Rock Sugar.
2.
A piece of white fungus soaked in such a big bowl in less than half an hour, it is really amazing. Break the white fungus into small flowers for later use.
3.
Wash the hawthorn and cut open for nucleation.
4.
Add water to the pot, pour the white fungus and hawthorn, bring to a boil on high heat, simmer on low heat for 20 minutes, and finally season with rock sugar, OK! The lighting in my kitchen is dim and I took it after dark, so this photo is blurry.
