Microwave Version of Hawthorn Preserved Fruit

Wash the hawthorn and cut the pit.

Soak the processed hawthorn in salt water for 30 minutes.

Remove the hawthorn from the brine, put it in a pot, add an appropriate amount of water to boil, then add one-half of the sugar, and continue to boil.

Cook until the hawthorn gets fatter and bigger and remove it.

Add the remaining half of the sugar.

Take out the microwave oven for 5 minutes on high heat, and shake it a bit.
