Sweet and Sour Lychee Meat

Wash the lean meat, cut into square slices, and put a grid knife on it.

Peel and wash horseshoes, cut into small pieces, mince garlic and green onions.

Put the meat slices in hot water and drain them until they are dead.

Add horseshoe and meat slices with rice glutinous rice juice, salt, egg white, cornstarch and mix well.

Cut the sliced meat into a lychee shape with the flower knife facing out, and insert a toothpick to fix it.

Wrap in cornstarch and set aside.

Heat the pan with oil and cook until it is ripe, pour in the horseshoe and fry it slightly, remove it.

Fry the meat for about 2 minutes until it is cooked and remove it. Take out the toothpicks.

Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pot, pour in the minced garlic and green onion and stir fragrant. Add white vinegar, rice glutinous rice juice, tomato sauce, sugar, cornstarch and water to make a thickened juice.

Pour in the horseshoe and lychee, stir-fry evenly, and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Beautiful appearance!
Tips:
Don’t cut the meat too short or thin, so it’s easy to fix it with a toothpick
