Sweet and Sour Peach Jam

Peel the peaches and cut into cubes.

Add appropriate amount of white sugar and marinate for about an hour.

Add a small amount of water and put it in the pot. When the water boils, change the heat to a simmer.

When the peaches become a little transparent and the soup is thicker, squeeze in half a lemon juice, and then collect the juice.

Put it in a bottle after it has cooled thoroughly

Sweet and sour, ready to eat.
Tips:
1. Cut the peaches to the size you like, I like the graininess, so I cut them larger
2. Put it in the refrigerator after making it, it can be stored for a longer time
3. When collecting the juice, the soup becomes thicker, so you don’t need to wait for the soup to disappear.
4. The amount of white sugar is according to personal preference
