Sweet and Sour Sesame Cake
1.
Wash the purple potatoes, peel them, slice them, and steam them in a pot.
2.
Pour the steamed purple potato into a puree, add glutinous rice flour and make a dough.
3.
Divide the dough into small pieces and knead round.
4.
Take a small ball and squeeze it with your thumb and index finger while turning it to make a small socket. Put in an appropriate amount of Beijing cake diced, and then use the tiger's mouth while turning, while continuously tightening the mouth, and finally seal it tightly and press it into a cake shape.
5.
Glue sesame seeds on both sides of the cake.
6.
Put a little oil in the pan, and put the cakes in the pan when the oil is hot.
7.
Fry yellow on both sides.
Tips:
Dip some water on the biscuits, and then stick the sesame seeds easier. After the two sides are glued, pat them with your hands. The sesame seeds will stick more firmly.
