Sweet and Spicy Octopus

The octopus is cleaned and marinated for a while with salt, white pepper, cooking wine, and cornstarch

Put a little oil in the wok and fry the hairtail until golden on both sides

Serving the fried octopus

Mix Thai sweet chili sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of water to form a sauce. Then add a little oil in the wok, saute the minced ginger and garlic, add the sauce and bring to a boil

After boiling, add the fried octopus

Put the octopus and sauce on the lid and simmer for a while, then serve
Tips:
1 Heat the oil and put the octopus on it. After frying, turn off the heat and let it cool for a while and then turn it over. Turning it over anxiously will break the octopus.
2 The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste.
