Sweet Corn

The corn is cooked and aired

Peel off the corn kernels, and pass the water, so that the corn kernels have water on them to facilitate the sticking of starch in the next step

Add corn starch and appropriate amount of glutinous rice flour

Fry on low heat, do not move the corn kernels, otherwise it will be easily broken, and the color of the starch on the fried corn kernels will become transparent.
