Sweet Dried Fruit Okara Cake

Prepare materials

First add the flour, eggs, maple syrup, and okara

Mix with a spoon until there is no dry powder, then add the dried fruit

Add black sesame powder and mix well

Preheat the electric bakeware on high heat

Brush a thin layer of oil on the baking sheet

Use a spoon to scoop the bean dregs onto the baking tray, and smooth the back of the spoon slightly

Fry until golden brown and turn it over. Fry both sides evenly and it will be out of the oven.
Tips:
1. The bean dregs should be in a dry state, or powder should be added;
2. If there is no maple syrup, you can use brown sugar instead;
3. The dried fruit is just as good as you want, I personally think that more dried fruit is more delicious;
4. Black sesame seeds must be broken and eaten to be absorbed by the body;
