Sweet Happiness Filling [rose Red Bean Paste]
1.
Wash the red beans and soak them in clean water. The soaked beans are easier to boil
2.
Put the red beans in a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, slightly higher than the red beans, and cook for 20 minutes
3.
After the beans are boiled, press continuously with a spoon or use a food processor to mix the red beans together with the soup. If the red bean soup is too much, you can pour it into a soup pot and heat it to dry.
4.
Prepare 60g of rock sugar, put the rock sugar into the red bean paste and dissolve it by the residual heat. If there is more soup in the upper part, you can add it and melt it together
5.
Pour the red bean paste into the bread machine
6.
Add two spoons of lard (or 15ml regular oil)
7.
Start the jam function, heat and collect the water first, then heat and stir, when the remaining 25 minutes, add two spoons of sugar rose
8.
The jam function is over, if the red bean paste is wet, you can run the hawthorn sauce or jam function again, and stir while heating
Tips:
1. The cooked red bean soup has too much water, you can first use a small pot to heat up some of the water, if there is not much water, you can use the jam function to make red bean filling
2. The red bean paste needs to be crushed by a cooking machine. If there is no cooking machine, it will be rough and dry if you put it directly into the bread
3. Use lumpy rock sugar, preferably melted into sugar water, or directly use white granulated sugar, directly put the lumpy rock sugar into the bread to scratch the inner wall
4. When making bean paste, remember not to fry it too dry, as it will evaporate a lot of water during the cooling process, and it will become dry. If you accidentally fry it too dry, you can add more water and fry it again. It is best to put it in a container with a larger surface area, such as a small pan. Don’t seal it up with anything. There will be a lot of water vapor. You can put it in a refrigerator after cooling.
5. If you want a darker color, you can add a little brown sugar; the rose flavor is stronger, you can use less rock sugar and more sugar roses
