Sweet Ice Cream

Ingredients: 2 egg yolks, 160ml milk, 150g whipped cream, 25g sugar.

Stir the egg yolk + sugar with a whisk.

Add milk and continue to mix well.

Pour into the pot, turn on low heat and stir continuously, stir until thick, pour into a bowl, let cool, you can add whatever taste you like.

Pour the cream into the basin, beat it to 7 with an electric whisk, and distribute it.

Pour in the cold custard, stir well, cover with plastic wrap, put in the freezer, and stir every 40 minutes for a total of 2-3 times.
Tips:
Purple is added purple sweet potato, green is added matcha, light yellow is added vanilla extract,
