Wash the rice and glutinous rice and soak for half an hour

Wash the lotus leaves and cut them into small pieces

Put the lotus leaf in the pot, blanch it, and quickly remove it

Tips:
Don't put the raisins too early, otherwise they will have a sour taste. After they are cooked, simmering for a while will make the porridge softer and sticky.
