Sweet Osmanthus Rice Cake
1.
The ratio of glutinous rice flour to sticky rice flour (rice flour) is 2:1. Add 3 tablespoons of sweet-scented osmanthus and appropriate amount of water.
2.
Mix into a slightly stiffer dough.
3.
Divide into three equal parts.
4.
The tin foil is laid under the LOCK box, in order to better take out the finished product. Take a portion of the dough and thin it with your hands, then place it on the bottom of the box and tidy it up.
5.
Spread a layer of red bean paste evenly on top.
6.
Put another layer of dough to make it smooth.
7.
Spread another layer of red bean paste.
8.
Finally, put a layer of dough and pour some sweet osmanthus on it after finishing.
9.
Pour cold water into the pot, turn the pot to medium heat and steam for half an hour after boiling on high heat.
10.
Let it dry for a while and cut into small pieces.
Tips:
1. It's better to eat while it's hot, and it's a little harder after it's allowed to cool, and you can reheat it for consumption.
2. I used the red bean paste I bought, and the sweet osmanthus with sugar is a bit too sweet, so adjust the amount of sugar osmanthus according to your own taste.
