Sweet Potato Cake

Mashed sweet potato and glutinous rice flour 1:2, add coconut oil and knead into a dough. (Can be stored in the refrigerator)

Divide the dough evenly into small dough balls and press them into pie shapes. Slowly fry on low heat until both sides are slightly crispy, and the dough will turn into a fresh orange color.

Ordinary dip: sugar/honey/maple syrup
