The muffin cake made before is pure muffin without adding other ingredients. Today, I added sweet potatoes to the muffins, and it felt very delicious.
Sweet potatoes are full, and muffin cakes baked out are also more full.

Sweet Potato Muffin Cake

1. Prepare raw materials: flour, caster sugar, milk, eggs.

2. Prepare other ingredients: olive oil, mashed sweet potatoes, raisins, baking powder.

3. Knock the eggs into the bowl, beat them evenly with a whisk, add the fine sugar and continue to mix them evenly.

4. Add mashed potatoes, milk, and beat evenly.

5. Add olive oil and continue to mix well.

6. Sift in flour and baking powder.

7. Stir the batter evenly.

8. The batter can be put into baking paper cups without dry powder.

9. Sprinkle with raisins.

10. Preheat the oven up and down at 180 degrees. After the oven has been preheated, put the paper cup in the middle of the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

11. After baking, take out the muffin cake.
