This season is the season when a large number of sweet potatoes are on the market. I always buy some, or cook porridge or roast them. My son likes it very much. Today I made a shortbread with mashed sweet potatoes. It is rich in sweet potato flavor. My son said it was very delicious, like potato chips!

Sweet Potato Shortbread

1. Add sugar, flour, and corn oil to the mashed sweet potato.

2. Knead into dough.

3. Put it into a safety bag and use a rolling pin to roll into a sheet of 8mm thickness

4. Brush the surface with egg liquid and sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

5. Cut into the shape you like and place in a baking tray.

6. Preheat the oven and heat up and down to 170 degrees for 25 minutes. (The specific temperature depends on the situation of your own oven)
