Sweet-scented Osmanthus Steamed Water Chestnut

Ingredients: water chestnut, sweet-scented osmanthus, rock sugar, wolfberry

Wash water chestnuts, peel off the skin, rinse well, and soak in light salt water for a few minutes

The soaked water chestnuts are put into a large bowl to control the water, and then add crushed rock sugar, wolfberry, and two teaspoons of sweet-scented osmanthus. (Sugar sweet-scented osmanthus can also be topped after being steamed)

Put it in a steamer, bring to a boil over high heat and steam on medium heat for 20 minutes.

Take out the steamed water chestnuts, soak them in the soup and let cool.

Tips:
1. There is no need to add water when steaming, the soup will naturally be leached after steaming.
2. Rock sugar can be added or reduced according to your own taste. The sweet-scented osmanthus can also be topped after being steamed.
