Sweet-scented Osmanthus Yam Cake

Wash the iron rod yam, cut into sections, add cold water to the pot, and steam for 20 minutes on high heat until the yam is cooked

After cooling slightly, remove the yam peel

Crush the yam completely with a spoon

Brush the moon cake mold with a layer of sugar osmanthus

Tips:
1. Put a layer of sweet-scented osmanthus on the mold first and then fill it with yam, in order to make it easier to demold;
2. This pastry tastes better after being frozen!
