Sweet Taro and Red Bean Soup

First add water to the red beans, and boil them in a pressure cooker together with rock sugar. You can add more water

Peel the Lipu taro, cut into pieces, and steam for more than 20 minutes in a steamer

After the taro is steamed, the chopsticks can be easily opened

Stir a portion of the cooked red beans with a blender into red bean paste

Add the stirred red bean paste to the cooked red bean water
6.
Add the steamed taro into the red bean water and cook it slowly. Stir it while cooking. If you like soft, you can cook more.
