Sweet Tortillas
1.
Ingredients
2.
Wash the fruit corn and cut the corn kernels with a knife.
3.
Add 80 grams of water and use a blender to make a paste. (If you like a little bit of grain, just hit it a little bit.)
4.
Put the corn paste, flour, and aluminum-free baking powder into a bowl and mix well. Add sugar and black sesame seeds. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand for about 15 minutes.
5.
After the pan is hot, add a proper amount of oil and scoop a spoon of the batter to spread out and round it. Low heat, turn the other side when it is ripe, and the two sides should be golden.
Tips:
When whipping the corn kernels, it can be mashed, or it can be a little bit grainy. If you don't like it too sweet, you can leave out the sugar. But I personally think that sugar is delicious. It tastes both sweet and sweet like pumpkin pie.
