Sydney Lotus Seed and White Fungus Soup

Prepare materials.

Soak the white fungus in water for about 30 minutes.
3.
Tear the soaked white fungus into small flowers.
4.
Wash the lotus seeds without soaking, and put them in the rice cooker together with the white fungus.
5.
Add enough water and start cooking.
6.
When the soup becomes viscous, add the washed red dates and continue to simmer.
7.
When the soup becomes less and more viscous, add rock sugar and simmer until the rock sugar melts.
Tips:
I personally think that if the lotus seeds are not soaked, they are easier to boil.
