Taiwanese Handmade Nougat

Put the butter and marshmallows in the pot together.

Use minimal heat to melt into a liquid, stir evenly with chopsticks, about two minutes.

Pour in the milk powder and mix well with the marshmallows.

Pour in the cooked peanuts and stir them together! Become one!

Then pour it out of the pan on baking paper!

Press it back and forth with your hands to form a square. The thickness is about seven millimeters. It can't be too thin, or it won't look good.

Finally, let it cool and cut into pieces about 3 cm in length and about 1 cm in width, and put them in a candy bag and seal them.

If you send it to a friend or a customer, you can buy it in a beautiful packaging box, and it will be tall, big, and ready immediately.
Tips:
When melting the butter and marshmallows, be sure to use a low heat. Don't make the heat too high, otherwise it will turn yellow or stick to the pan. Then it must be thoroughly cooled before cutting, otherwise it will stick to the knife! Be patient
