Taiwanese Pot Stickers

Add green onion, ginger, salt, light soy sauce, pepper, chicken bouillon, and minced lotus root to the meat filling. Beat in an egg and stir with chopsticks.

Take a dumpling wrapper and put a meat filling in the middle

Stick some water on the edge, pinch it with your hands and stick it on

Put some oil in the pan, put the dumplings on medium heat and fry
5.
Add a small amount of flour to the water, mix it with flour and water, pour it on top of the fried dumplings, almost 2/3 high
6.
Cover the pot and fry on medium and small fire
7.
Open the lid when there is not much water, the fire can be larger, and the water can be drained.
8.
Use a spatula to gently shovel, the delicious Taiwanese fried dumplings are here!
