Tips:
★ Braised beef tendon is very time-consuming. It is customary to pre-marinate a pot of beef tendon (soy sauce + cooking wine + rock sugar + braised bag), then separate into bags and freeze after being cooked. When you want to stew half muscle and half meat, take a bag of cuts, and it will be just right to cook with the beef.
★ It takes about 2 hours for raw beef tendon to boil and marinate. The beef ribs should be cooked 1 hour in advance.
