Tami Fish Cooked in Vinegar

Tami fish is peeled and viscera washed.

Add cooking wine, salt and five-spice powder.

Grab well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Pour flour on top of the marinated tami.

Stir well.

Add appropriate amount of peanut oil to the frying pan, add tami fish and fry until golden brown.

Put the fried fish out and set aside.

Cut the green onion, ginger, and garlic into small pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan and put half of the green onion, ginger, garlic and stew.

Then add vinegar, soy sauce, appropriate amount of water, and white sugar, stir well and bring to a boil.

Add the fried tami fish and stir well.
12.
Sprinkle the remaining green onion, ginger and garlic on top.
13.
Turn the lid to low heat to bring the soup up.
14.
Turn off the heat and serve.
Tips:
When frying fish, use low heat to fry slowly.
Don't add MSG.
