Tangerine Red Bean Paste

1. Prepare red beans.

2. Wash the red beans and soak them in water for more than 2 hours.

3. Cut the tangerine peel into silk and wash.

4. Put the dried tangerine peel and red beans in a casserole and add water (about 1500ml).

5. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and cook for about 2 hours.

6. Cook until the red beans bloom and season with sugar.

7. Cook until the red beans bloom and season with sugar.

Tips:

The tangerine peel I used is a tangerine peel that has been preserved for ten years. The white inner capsule is basically gone. If you use new tangerine peel, the white inner capsule must be scraped off to avoid bitterness.
