Tangerine Red Bean Paste

Prepare red beans.

Wash the red beans and soak them in water for more than 2 hours.

Tips:
The tangerine peel I used is a tangerine peel that has been preserved for ten years. The white inner capsule is basically gone. If you use new tangerine peel, the white inner capsule must be scraped off to avoid bitterness.
