Taro and Red Bean Syrup

This is the Lipu taro that was shaved into "White Fatty"

The red beans were soaked 1 day in advance

Taro, cut into small pieces

I use the "soup" button in the pressure cooker without looking at the fire. Add brown sugar after cooking

It's ready to drink.
Tips:
If you want to do it, if you have time, you can use a casserole/crock pot, which tastes better. Put the red beans and taro to a boil over high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to low heat and cook for 40 minutes.
Choose red beans that are easy to boil.
