I bought some egg tart crusts online. I just arrived yesterday morning. After I came back in the afternoon, I quickly brought them to make Hong Kong-style egg tarts and taro egg tarts. They were delicious! It was half wiped out soon after it was released. According to the following recipe, you can make 17 egg tarts~"

Taro Butter Tart

1. Pour milk into the bowl

2. Pour in sugar, cook on medium heat until melted, then turn off the heat

3. Pour in milk powder and stir until there are no particles

4. Pour the whipped cream and stir well

5. Add the egg yolk and mix well

6. Add a little flour and stir until granules

7. Cut the taro into small pieces

8. Prepare the custard crust

9. Pour in the egg tart liquid 80% full, add the diced taro

10. Then put it in the preheated oven, 200 degrees for 20 minutes (remember to cover a piece of tin foil when the tart is colored, so as not to burn)
