Taro Milk Tea

Prepare Lipu taro.

Wash and peel the taro.

Cut the taro into small pieces and set aside.

Put the taro in a non-stick milk pan and add water. Bring the taro to a boil.

Add rock sugar to the taro and continue to cook for about 15-20 minutes.

After the taro is cooked, remove the taro and set aside.

Leave 300ml of taro water in the pot, add black tea, cover the pot, and simmer for more than 5 minutes.

After the tea leaves release the tea flavor, boil the soup on a high fire.

Pour the whipped cream and stir well and continue to cook.

Simmer for 3-5 minutes on low heat.

The milk tea is ready.

Take half a bowl of taro and add light cream.

After making the taro milk puree, pour it into a cup. Put about 2/5 cup of taro mash.
