Daifuku, it’s also the love of girls~ I use cream for filling, which is delicious, but I am afraid of getting fat. This time I used my own taro mash to replace the cream. But there is no fruit at home, so I just use taro. Mud~ (^ω^)"

Taro Mud Daifuku

1. After mixing glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and orange flour, add sugar and milk and mix well.

2. Add the melted and butter, and mix well.

3. Seal the flour mixture with plastic wrap, rub a few holes with a toothpick, and steam it over high heat for about half an hour.

4. Stir the steamed flour while it is hot.

5. Knead it into a smooth dough, sprinkle some cooked flour to prevent sticking hands.

6. 20g a potion, wrap the taro paste, and knead it into a circle.

7. The chubby taro daifuku is complete~

Tips:

The sugar portion increases or decreases according to personal preference.
The flour must be steamed.
To prevent sticky hands, you can use cooked powder, or use milk powder or coconut powder instead.
