Tart Crust Red Bean Pie

The custard crust is softened at room temperature.

Squeeze the red bean paste into a half full, and it will break the skin if it is too much.

Fold the custard crust in half and pinch it tightly.

Use a fork to press the edges tightly.

Place in the middle of the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes until the custard crust is crispy.
