Tasty and Non-greasy Chicken Soup

Cut the chicken into pieces, slice the ginger, put the oil on the fire, pour the chicken into the stir-fry, put the cooking wine

Tips:
I was hungry, so I cooked it for less than half an hour. After about an hour, the soup is milky white. The chicken soup is delicious and not greasy.
