Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich
1.
Marinated teriyaki chicken steak.
The chicken breast is cut crosswise and becomes two thin chicken steaks.
2.
Sprinkle salt and black pepper on the chicken steak; cut a few horizontally and vertically on the chicken breast with a knife to facilitate the seasoning.
3.
After processing, put it in a bowl, pour in teriyaki sauce and marinate for half an hour. You can put in a few garlic cloves so that the chicken steak will have a touch of garlic. (If you don’t have teriyaki sauce, you can make a similar sauce yourself: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine, just stir)
4.
Toast. Cut off the edge of the bread and sprinkle a few drops of oil on it, put it in a pan and bake it until slightly browned (there is no need to put oil in the country). Don't let the bread side pass, it's delicious after baking.
5.
Add a little domestic oil, heat to 7 minutes and add the marinated chicken chops. (Why is the chicken steak so transparent? There is really no over-retouching, it is a lighting problem. Two high-wattage lamps were placed on both sides of the cooking...)
6.
Fry for 1 minute on each side, and pour in the teriyaki sauce that marinates the muscles. Fry on medium heat for 2 minutes to taste, pour in a little boiled water, cover with lid, cook for one minute and then cook for another minute.
7.
At this time, the soup becomes thinner and thicker. Pour in the sliced colored peppers and onions, add some black pepper, and stir-fry until they are six to seven times ripe, and all are cooked.
8.
Fried eggs, poached eggs.
9.
The fried bread slices are coated with salad dressing (I am a sesame-flavored salad, you can also replace it with Thousand Island dressing)
10.
Top with pepper onions, chicken chops, pepper onions, poached eggs, and pepper onions.
11.
Finally, cover the bread slices coated with salad dressing. Shocking~ The teriyaki chicken sandwich that glows like the sun is ready. I prepared the ingredients for 2 sandwiches, made one, and ate the remaining half directly on the plate. Just as delicious and beautiful: -D
Tips:
1. The chicken can be marinated in starch + oil in advance and then refrigerated for half a day, the chicken taste will be more tender.
2. If you have teriyaki sauce, you can make a similar sauce by yourself: 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cooking wine.
