Thai Beef Curry

Chop half of the onion, put 1 tablespoon of lard in the pan to heat, then add the chopped onion and sauté until fragrant

Cut 2 colored peppers into pieces, 5 small tomatoes, cut in half, and 3 oyster mushrooms torn apart, add them to the pot and stir-fry, transfer to a bowl and set aside

Pour the yellow curry paste and curry cubes into the pot, add 120ml of water, and boil on high heat

When the curry has melted evenly, pour the beef cubes soaked in Huadiao wine, then pour in the fried side dishes, cover and cook for 3 minutes

Turn off the heat, take a few mint leaves and beat them to make the aroma, add them to the curry beef (basil leaves can also be used)
