Beef Stew with Potatoes
1.
Pour 5ml of oil into the pot, add the chopped green onion to the pot and sauté

Pour in 300g beef cubes

Stir-fry on high heat until discoloration

Add 3g dark soy sauce, 5g light soy sauce, 5g cooking wine, 3g salt, and stir fry again

Pour in the right amount of potato pieces and stir fry evenly
6.
Pour in water, whichever is less than beef, simmer on medium heat for 40 minutes
